One of my favorite quirky things in L.A. is Galco’s Soda Pop Stop, a South Pasadena store with hundreds of brands of obscure soda in row after row. It’s the setting for this Greg Laswell (L.A. hipster) music video that also features a hobbit for no clear reason.
When does the hobbit appear? I keep missing him/her.
It took me a little bit to pick up on the ‘hobbit’ bit. I was looking for someone in costume/make up to appear before I realized it was the guy from TLOTR. Who’s the third non-hobbit, non-singer guy? Anyone we should know?
Oh, and despite you’re description of him as an LA hipster, I really liked that song!
